Terms and Conditions — Tojay Bet Pakistan

Welcome to tojay bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and the tojay bet platform ("tojay bet", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including anyone who browses the website, registers an account, deposits funds, places bets, plays casino or fish games, or downloads and uses the tojay bet mobile application.

• You do not already hold an active tojay bet account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Registration

To use the tojay bet platform beyond browsing, you must register a free account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your name, contact number and date of birth. All information provided during registration must be truthful and current. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one account on tojay bet. If we identify multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether using the same or different personal information — we reserve the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any balances held within them. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support before attempting to use it.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Tojay bet will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately and change your password without delay. We are not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their login details.

Account Verification

Tojay bet may request identity or payment verification documents at any point, including at the time of a withdrawal request or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed. This is a standard security measure designed to protect players and the integrity of the platform.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Tojay bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts — with or without prior notice — in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, chargebacks, abusive behaviour toward support staff, or any activity that tojay bet reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other players.

Supported Payment Methods

Tojay bet processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfer, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallets are the most commonly used method among Pakistan players and typically offer the fastest processing times for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your tojay bet balance in PKR. Standard JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction. Tojay bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Tojay bet may request verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Only funds that have cleared any applicable bonus wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Transaction Integrity

Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on tojay bet. The platform must not be used as a payment processing service. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity — or any pattern of transactions that resembles money movement rather than gaming — may result in account suspension and funds being withheld pending investigation.

Tojay bet may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free games or other rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms that accompany the offer:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your tojay bet account balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are typically used before real-money funds during gameplay unless otherwise stated.
• Only one active bonus may apply to your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are intended for the player to whom they are offered and may not be transferred or shared.
• Tojay bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, alter bonus terms or cancel bonuses already credited if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified in each offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements — this will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

The tojay bet sportsbook covers a wide range of sports with a particular focus on Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments. Football and Esports markets are also available. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

Placing Bets

All bets are placed in PKR from your account balance. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. If you do not receive confirmation, the bet should be treated as unplaced. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a cash-out or edit option is explicitly available for that market.

Live Betting

Live betting markets are available on selected events, including cricket matches with ball-by-ball and over-by-over options. Live odds update in real time and tojay bet reserves the right to suspend a market at any point during an event. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned. Connection issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to cancel a bet that was successfully received by our system.

Market Settlement

Markets are settled using officially published results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means results as declared by the ICC or the tournament organiser (such as PCB for PSL). In the event of a discrepancy between tojay bet's settlement and the official result, the official result takes precedence and settlements will be corrected accordingly. Tojay bet reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of a result.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is achieved; the market is settled in error and corrected; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or the event does not take place within the rescheduling window defined in the market rules. Voided bets have their stakes returned in full to the player's balance.

Maximum Winnings

Tojay bet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the platform. Where a calculated win exceeds the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the applicable limit. This applies to all sports and all bet types including accumulators.

Tojay bet's game library includes online slots, live casino titles, fish shooting games and RNG table games. All games are operated using certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live casino, real dealer operations streamed from professional studios. The following terms apply to all casino and game activity:

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer procedures. Tojay bet does not influence individual game outcomes.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. No retrospective changes to results will be made except in the case of a verified technical fault.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's pre-set rules. Tojay bet is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection issues.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Progressive jackpot games carry specific terms that are displayed within the relevant game. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before being credited.
• Fish game results are determined by the game system. Any disputes about fish game outcomes should be submitted to support within 24 hours of the relevant session.

The following principles underpin our approach to responsible gaming:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any tojay bet content without express written permission. The tojay bet name and logo are brand identifiers and may not be used in any context without written authorisation.

Tojay bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted, tojay bet is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure during a game or betting session.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to secure their login details.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Technical errors that result in incorrect odds or game results being displayed, where corrections are made in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Tojay bet may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the platform or via the contact details associated with your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the platform after a revision has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
